ESL in the Workplace

WORKPLACE ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) PROGRAMS

The International Learning Center of Jacksonville, FL, Inc. (ILCJAX) recognizes how difficult it is for internationals in the workplace to attend ESL classes.  The answer to this dilemma is very simple!  We bring the ESL program to the international workers!

If your corporation or small business has at least twelve internationals that need ESL classes we will gladly work with you to bring the most exciting ESL program in Jacksonville right to your workplace!

Our program offers English as a Second Language, American culture of the highest moral caliber, activities of daily living in America, basic job skills training, and some basic computer skills training.  In the past we have customized the curriculum to include worksite vocabulary for participating corporations, as well as, worksite safety. 

The ILCJAX would like to offer your employees a nine month education for $150.00 per employee.  This would cover their education and textbook.  The ILCJAX uses an accredited curriculum (“Side by Side” by Molinski and Bliss).  Workplace ESL programs meet once a week.

Note:  If your corporation is further than eight miles from our center there will be an additional fee to cover the cost of the commute to your place of business.
